With an impressive collection of honors and activites, Natalie Busher is the November Student of the Month!
 
 

 Natalie Busher, daughter of Bill and Lori Busher, was named the Rosemount Rotary Club’s November Student of the Month.

Natalie holds a 3.94 GPA, which has resulted in her being named to the RHS Honor Roll, National Honor Society, National Spanish Honor Society and becoming an academic letter winner. She is a student ambassador, member of the Tri-M Honor Society and has been active in the High Schools Against Cancer group – a cause close to her heart after the recent loss of her aunt to cancer. Natalie is a two-year varsity letter winner in volleyball, team captain in 2011, a scholar athlete and was selected for All-Conference Honorable Mention and the Hustle Award for the highest hitting percentage.

Natalie was also a three-year letter winner in track and field, placing third in the high and triple jump at sectionals, and earned the Irish Award. Natalie is also an outstanding musician who has been a section leader in band and chamber winds, member of the pep band and has earned excellent and superior ratings in solo and ensemble competitions in group, solo, percussion and piano accompanist.

Outside of school, Natalie volunteer her time at church, as an assistant youth volleyball coach, and with a number of other community and service projects. In her down time, she enjoys watching movies, heading to her family’s cabin up north, and playing the piano.

Following graduation, Natalie intends to head to Winona State University where she will major in nursing and participate in track. She someday hopes to work at the Mayo clinic and earn her doctorate.
