Today we heard from our April Student of the Month, Blaine Thomas.
He was described to us a "most engaging" student and the most remarkable thing about Blaine was the variety of classes he took which included a heavy load of AP classes.  One of the classes he took was Vehicle Services so he could learn how to fix cars.
It was clear to us that Blaine wants to serve our country.  He plans to attend the University of St Thomas in the ROTC program majoring in electrical or mechanical engineering.
In accepting this award, Blaine confessed he did some research about Rotary.  Like our members, he likes to serve as evident in his activities outside the classroom
Blaine has a passion for life and we wish him the best in his life after RHS!
