Today we heard from Jim Hunt. Jim is a member of the White Bear Lake Rotary Club, a past District Governor and is a member of the Fast For Hope (FFH) steering team. Jim presented an update for our District's FFH initiative which began in 2007 and is focused on El Corozo, Nicaragua. El Corozo is a rural village of about 80 families. The goal of FFH is to create a replicable and sustainable model to address extreme poverty. FFH is entirely supported by volunteer contributions from Rotary Clubs within our District and their members.
