RHS Senior Andrew Rome impresses with his outstanding academic achievements and extra-curricular involvement.
 
On Friday, Nov. 4, 2011, the Rotary Club of Rosemount recognized Rosemount High School student Andrew Rome. In attendance with him were his parents, TJ and Michelle.

Andrew is a senior at RHS, where he ranks 18th in his class and holds a GPA of 3.97. Andrew is currently enrolled in four college courses and has taken and passed four Advanced Placement courses.

In addition to his academic coursework, Andrew is involved with Student Council, currently serving as president; attends Young Republicans Club; was nominated for and attended Boy’s State; participates in choir, On Stage and tennis; cofounded the RHS Slam Poetry Club; and was a Boy Scout from ages 6-18, earning the rank of Eagle.

Andrew is yet undecided as to his post-secondary future, but has applied to Gustavus, Marquette and the University of Rhode Island.
