Today we heard from Jamison Ahlstrom, our December Student of the Month.  His story was very inspirational as he faced many bumps in the road.  Jamison was very open about his struggles with depression and anxiety.  He told how he felt welcomed at RHS when he transferred there his freshman year...how his anxiety worsened and he dropped out his sophomore year...he completed an 8 week program and came back to RHS in Jan 2020 to complete his junior year.  Jamison participates in Lacrosse and Swim and has a 3.7 GPA going into his senior year.  His passion is working on vehicles and making a difference by helping others.  His plans is to pursue a career in Law Enforcement when he attends the U of MN Duluth this Fall.  Thank you Jamison for sharing your story.....we wish you the very best.
