Today, our club heard from Matthew Condon, our September Student of the Month.
Matthew exemplifies Rotary's motto of Service Above Self. He has dedicated his life to service after losing his father to cancer at a young age. His father taught him by word and example that kindness matters and he continues his dad's legacy.
A fun fact we learned about Matthew is that he set a record by earning every possible Scout badge and became an Eagle Scout at an early age.
Matthew was RHS's EXCEL Award winner in 2020.
Matthew hopes to attend one of our Military Academies with a career in Law Enforcement/FBI.
It was very enjoyable meeting Matthew and we wish him the very best.
